BRAND & DESIGN COORDINATOR

The Role

The Brand & Design Coordinator will work together with the Commercial, Event and the Social Media team to ensure the planning and implementation of the off-air and social media brand concept. With the brand guidelines and artwork as your basis, you will be responsible for designing digital artwork and applications as well as the overall event branding at the Fight Nights inside the Arena. Furthermore, you will be responsible to coordinate, together with the sporting and commercial team, the event promotions branding in the city of the respective Fight Night.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Create and implement innovative digital, event and signage design concepts
  • Design or adjust artwork and sales documents in line with the brand guidelines
  • Supporting the head of operations in the day-to-day contact for signage, venue production and print suppliers
  • Managing and developing off-air brand applications
  • Coordinate and assist the design and set up of event promotions (inside and outside the arena) within the Fight Night host city

Designing and producing highly creative, impactful presentations for new business pitches and client presentations

The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years’ experience in both a digital and off air branding in an event management environment. You also have experience in coordinating off-air brand concepts and a solid knowledge of the sports marketing industry. A strong working knowledge of Adobe CS and fully competent in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A broad knowledge of implementing digital and signage concepts
  • The ability to liaise and manage multiple event suppliers
  • A client oriented service mentality
  • A way to drive continuous ‘Added Value’ and innovation for the WB Super Series on- and off air branding concept

  • You’re willing to travel extensively, including weekends
  • You’ve the ability to work independently and take considered decisions
  • You’ve an extremely accurate working style
  • You’re fluent in spoken and written English (German or any other languages are an asset)
